Firekeepers hotel, Battle creek, mi – Date night

It’s my birthday weekend we decided to go to FireKeepers hotel to enjoy ourselves but as well as me work at the local hospitals in the area. New job through snow in 40 mile per hour winds to arrive at the hotel we decided to eat here at Nibi restaurant.

We enjoyed everything as if we never ate before. Incredible food and location. David ordered the meat and cgeese appetizer. Which had a delicious goat cheese, cranberry cheese, local honey and tomatillo pineapole berries.

I had the shrimp and scallops grits. Smboth and cheesy- perfection cooked.

Love my husband and our lives together.

  5. I had to look up this place, since being from California I am not familiar. It sounds like a wonderful time in spite of hazards endured to get there. Yet, you were rewarded for your travails, and it sounds as if you savored every moment!

    1. It is a small casino hotel in the middle of the Michigan. We went because I sometime work at Battle Creek HOspital, and Bronson Methodist Hospital out that way. Battle Creek is known as cereal city, because Post and Kellogg’s are based there, and when you drive past the factories you can smell the cereal cooking in the air. Somedays it smells like Frosted Flakes, or Fruity Pebbles or Honey Nut Cheerios. Battle creek and Kalamazoo, are both very artsy, and cool. Kalamazoo has a lot of breweries and wineries. A fun place to go, but both are small. Thanks for taking the time to read up and checkout the place!

  9. I do agree with all the ideas you have presented in your post. They are very convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too short for novices. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
